AFSAT to EUSAT Satellite Frequency ChangeSeptember 2009
This message is intended for all OmniSTAR users in the European and African regions that used our AFSAT satellite service at 1535.080 MHz.
Due to a broadcast re-arrangement implemented by our Satellite Provider our broadcast service for the mentioned regions has been moved to a new satellite with a new frequency (1537.440 MHz). The data rate remains 1200 bps. This new satellite service has been named EUSAT.
This new frequency is available as of now and we encourage all our customers to move to that new frequency at their earliest opportunity.
